On March 20th, 2009, Ministry of Science and Technology issued the Circular No. 01/2009/TT-BKHCN regulating the List of products, goods capable of causing unsafety which belongs to the management responsibility of the Ministry of Science and Technology. This List will be revised, supplemented depending on the management requirements.

The subjects regulated are organizations, individuals producing and trading these products and goods and the related State management bodies on the quality of goods and products.

The Circular takes effect 45 days after the date of the signing day.
